My name is Chad Moye.  I've been around construction since I was a toddler, going to construction sites with my Grandpa who was a general contractor.  I was his little buddy and as soon as I could swing a hammer he had me working doing various jobs.  The skills I developed from my Grandpa are so invaluable and I'm so grateful to him for that.  
 
My wife Andrea and I have been married since 2003.  We have 2 teenage sons, who work with me.  I hope to pass on to my sons the same skills my grandfather passed on to me.

I was a Union Ironworker for years, before my sons were born.  Because of the amount of travel and away time I decided I needed to be there for them.  I was able to purchase a Crane company in distress from the 2008 housing crash.  We owned the Crane company for 9 years and sold it in 2021 for our next adventure.  We are no strangers to running a company.
